1. How long is the lease term?
Our standard lease term is 12 months, typically running from September to August. We also offer flexible lease options based on availability. If your preferred lease term is not listed, please feel free to contact us — we’d be happy to help arrange a lease that works for you.
2. Do you offer individual liability leasing?
Yes, we rent by the bedspace. You are only responsible for your rent and utilities. Roommates are matched based on your preferences to ensure the best possible fit.
3. Is the apartment furnished?
Yes we are. Your bedroom comes with a full size bed, dresser, desk and chair. The living room comes with sofa, chair, coffee table, end table and TV stand. Bar stools are provided for the kitchen island.
4. Is parking available?
Yes, we offer secure on-site parking connected to the building, with both single and tandem spaces available. Please contact us for pricing details.
5. Do you accept international students?
Yes, international students are welcome, need to provide valid I-20 and F1 Visa copy.
6. Are you pet friendly?
Yes, we’re very pet-friendly — furry friends are always welcome! Breed restrictions apply.
